Please ensure you read and agree to the Mad Hatter Sports Events terms and conditions when you enter the event. In brief, the refund policy is as follows: Any event entry cancellation received by email to j.yelland@madhattersportsevents.co.uk more than 14 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund or transfer of entry fee towards another Mad Hatter event (£10 transfer fee applies). If an event is postponed by Mad Hatter Sports Events or by one of our partners; either due to weather, sea conditions or a reason out of our control within 7 days of the event date, we will try and offer either a new date in the same year, a new date the following year, a transfer to another event (if that event entry is more than the original event, you must pay the difference) or a 50% refund.

We, Mad Hatter Sports Events are a very small event business and start to incur costs for mementos, venues and support services prior to the 14 days before an event date. We cannot therefore afford to give 100% refunds but offer the best we can.
