Come and celebrate the end of the season with an unforgettable swimrun adventure along one of Cornwall's most beautiful stretches of coastline!

Starting and finishing in the stunning harbour town of Fowey, this swimrun takes in the iconic Gribbin Head and offers a fantastic mix of coastal trails, sandy beaches, rugged terrain and spectacular sea swimming. With a little bit of everything, it's a brilliant way to round off your swimrun season.

With two course options to choose from, there's something for everyone – whether you're an experienced swimrunner looking for your next challenge or completely new to the sport and keen to give it a go.

Choose your challenge

LONG COURSE – 22.6km

A challenging and varied course combining approximately 17.9km of running and 4.7km of sea swimming across 13 stages.

SHORT COURSE – approximately 10.3km

A fantastic introduction to swimrun, combining approximately 7.1km of running and 3.2km of sea swimming across 7 stages.

Race your way

You can enter either distance as an individual, or take on the Long Course as a pair. Grab a friend, share the adventure and tackle the challenge together – although we can't guarantee you'll still be friends by the finish line!

What to expect

Expect a proper coastal adventure! You'll run in your wetsuit along a mixture of coastal paths, sandy beaches, gravel tracks and tarmac, with plenty of opportunities to dive into the sea and swim around the spectacular Fowey coastline.

Beautiful scenery, varied terrain, refreshing sea swims and a brilliant end-of-season atmosphere. What better way to finish your swimrun year?
